Klein Conduit Measuring Pull Tape: Options
The Klein conduit measuring pull tape comes in several options of 3 different pull strengths. The first option is the 50122 model with a tensile strength of 1250 lbs. It has a tape length of 2000 feet and .49″ width. The next option is the 50131 model with a tensile strength of 1800 lbs. It has a tape length of 1300 feet and .6″ width. The third option is the 50141 model with a tensile strength of 2500 lbs. It has a tape length of 1000 feet and .76″ width. All three of these options come in a easy dispensing bucket container. There’s also a fourth option, the 50142 model. Instead of a bucket, this option comes in a rod-reinforced reel for easy dispensing. Just like the 50141 model, it has a tensile strength of 2500 lbs and .76″ width. However it has a much longer 3000 foot length.
Klein Conduit Measuring Pull Tape: Common Features
The pull tape is made up of woven, flat polyester strapping. It’s designed to disperse the pulling loads and to minimize stretching when being pulled. The tape is also pre-lubricated which reduces friction for easier pulling.
The tape has markings that indicate the max pull strength. It also has markings every foot with descending numbers to help measure conduit runs. And also to determine the amount of tape that’s left.
