No doubt this is the most interesting of the two new mixers as it boasts not one but two paddles for quicker mixing. But the features don’t end there as Ridgid thought of everything so the machine does all the work for you as it includes a stand to support the mixer, the mixer is programmable and fully automated. All you do is select one of 7 different material settings on the mixer and press the start button. Just return when you hear the buzzer. This means you can do other things while the machine takes care of the mixing for you, of course you still need to put the bucket in place and add the material to be mixed. What’s also neat is that the mixer itself can be taken off the stand for portable use when needed and you can use it’s variable speed dial for manual use. The stand itself is wheeled for easy transport to your next job and folds up to save space when not in use. This mixer features a soft start to lessen the chance of liquid splashing out of the bucket at start up.

This mixer gets the job done with a single paddle like most other mixers and it’s variable speed trigger lets you mix at your speed and features a lock on button for ease of use. This mixer features a soft start to lessen the chance of liquid splashing out of the bucket at start up. According to Ridgid it features a robust design that is said to limit vibration to the user when operating manually and also according to Ridgid it’s Die-Cast gear box increases the durability and professional quality of the unit. Pricing for this mixer is $159.98. HD says it’s not available for sale yet but it should be out sometime soon.
