Besides their polyester fish tapes, these new stainless steel fish tapes offer similar feel and performance to a steel fish tape but can withstand high-humidity working environments without having to worry about rust and corrosion. The two new stainless steel fish tape models are 120 feet and a 240 feet model both using 1/8″ stainless steel tape.
Milwaukee says these new stainless steel fish tapes feature a low friction case for smooth payout and rewinding. They also have high visibility laser etched markings to help with tracking depth. The side handle incorporates multiple hand positions and the center hole is squared and ribbed for multiple grip positions. The fish tape tip has been welded to be reinforced and offer better durability. Milwaukee provides a limited lifetime warranty on these new stainless steel fish tapes.
