Ryobi announces two new cordless tools that are part of their USB Lithium lineup with the new stapler/nailer and high volume inflator. Let’s check them out below.

What’s great about Ryobi’s USB Lithium tools is that they are miniaturized versions and they have a great assortment of tools to choose from. Today’s new USB Lithium tools are no different. This time around we see they’ve created a new mini stapler that is both small and lightwight. Ryobi says this is a 4 in 1 stapler which let’s you do light duty staples, heavy duty staples, round crown stapes, and also quadruples as a nailer and can fire 18 gauge brad nails!
I would use something like this in the past when putting in insulation or laying down roofing paper.
This is also great for DIY’ers and homemakers into crafts for upholstery and other DIY projects.
Ryobi has always been known for their lower price points however they are still quality tools within their budget. I like that this stapler has the improved way to install staples which is done by opening the magazine section and sliding staples in upside down. The magazine also has a small viewing window that lets you know when your low on staples.
Other features include an LED light on the back of the tool with green and red lights to let you know how much juice you have.
It comes with a 3ah USB Lithium batter, charging cable, and a few staples and nails to get started and is priced at $79. It is expected to be available August 2024

Ryobi USB Lithium High Volume Inflator FVIF61K
The next tool on the list is the Ryobi USB Lithium high volume inflator. This is also another miniaturized inflator power tool to help you inflate high volume, low pressure inflatables.
These are inflatables such as air mattresses, beach balls, pool inflatables, and such. This tool comes in handy for inflating such things and is much faster and more convenient than inflating by mouth.
It also doubles as a handy dandy surface blower for very light duty needs light saw dust on hard surfaces.
As far as features are concerned, it has two speeds – high/low, and LED light to indicate when the battery is low, and has convenient on-board storage. It’s also rated IPX4 water resistant.
It includes a 2ah USB Lithium battery, charging cable, sweeper nozzle, narrow pinch valve nozzle, and high volume nozzle. It will be priced at $39.97 as a kit and will be available in August 2024.
