Ryobi introduces a new battery powered RY40630 40V 18″ Pole Hedge Trimmer as part of their ever growing 40V cordless outdoor power tool line.
The new pole hedge trimmer is much like a pole saw as it has a long telescoping pole but with a hedge trimmer on the end for more reach. The pole extends up to 8 feet and the head itself pivots for better cutting angle. The hedge trimmer head has 18 inches of cutting width and up to 5/8″ cutting capacity and includes a shoulder strap for to take the heavy load away from your arms when in use.
You can buy it as a kit with a 2.0 ah battery and charger for $179 or as a baretool for $119.
