Milwaukee is now adding a new battery powered sprayer to their catalog. It is the Milwaukee M12 Handheld Sprayer that’s powered by their popular M12 batteries and comes with two tank sizes. One and two gallon capacities for you to choose from to suit your needs.

Unlike traditional handheld sprayers the M12 sprayer doesn’t need manual pumping. This helps reduce hand fatigue and provides up to 60% faster application speed according to Milwaukee. It provides instant constant spraying with a simple trigger press and allows you to control the pressure with a range of 20-80 PSI. The sprayer provides up to 17 feet of vertical spraying distance. The body can store the spray wand in either vertical or horizontal positions. An included strainer helps filter out debris from entering the tank.
Swappable Tanks
As shown above, the tool body is separate from the tank. And as I mentioned earlier, there are two available tanks. A one gallon size and a two gallon size. These smaller sizes are perfect for quick jobs. If you ever need a larger sprayer, Milwaukee has you covered with their M18 sprayer.
You can purchase the Milwaukee M12 handheld sprayer as a kit with either tank. And you can also purchase the tanks separately as well so you can have extra and/or a variety of sizes. Separate tanks make swapping out for various liquids fast and easy without the need to empty and refill when more than one type of chemical is needed. The tanks come with included measuring cups.
Runtime:
The runtime is said to be up to 80 gallons with a single 2.0ah battery making for very good runtime.
Pricing and Availability:
The Milwaukee M12 Handheld Sprayer and its tanks will be available November 2022. They can be purchased as a one or two gallon kit with included tanks and a single 2.0ah battery and charger and additional tanks are sold separately. The one gallon kit 2528-21G1 is priced at $189.00 and the two gallon kit 2528-21G2 is priced at $199.00. Extra tanks can be had for $39 (1 gallon) & $49 (2 gallon).
