Hilti is no stranger to vacuums and dust extraction solutions, so it’s no surprise to see a new cordless option with the VC 75-1-A22 cordless 22v 3.5 gallon 75 CFM wet/dry HEPA vacuum. This is great to see from Hilti as many other brands are bringing their own cordless HEPA vacuums to the market for more strict OSHA regulations on silica dust containment and removal.
My thoughts: Hilti has a solid lineup of dust extractors and as more and more tools become viable as cordless options, it’s great to see Hilti joining the competition with a nice looking 22v unit. A 3.5 gallon tank capacity makes it a good size between lightweight and large capacity. For volume this stacks up nicely against the competition with an impressive 75 CFM. Other features include a 10 ft expandable hose, carrying handle, and a filter cleaning mechanism. Overall this looks like it’s going to be a must have for anyone who does lots of concrete drill and cutting and uses the Hilti 22v battery platform.
