The Stop Stick tire deflator is an alternative to typical spike strips.
Typical spike strips deflate tires too quickly which could cause the car to lose control which could lead to additional damage to innocent bystanders and property. The Stop Stick tire deflator has special quills that penetrate the tire and act as valves, releasing air at a safe, controlled rate.
What’s also neat is that because of the semi circle shape of the ends, an officer can throw a Stop Stick and it should roll over till it lays flat to be effective.
