Worlds smallest 3D printed drill

Compact drills are getting smaller and shorter in length. Just recently, compact 18 volt drills have been creeping up to 12 volt territory. In the race to build the smallest most compact drill, when will drills become too small?

Check out the cool video below to see a puny drill. It’s a small motorized drill with a trigger and tiny twist bit inside a tiny chuck. What’s amazing is that it actually works, meaning it rotates the twist bit when the trigger is pressed. No word on how it performs but this is an amazing feat nonetheless.

We give thanks to 3DPrint.com for uploading the video.
