Worx has introduced a new Worx Pegasus Foldable Work Table that also doubles as a sawhorse. It is a DIY gadget as it’s not only a work table but it can be used as a sawhorse, has a couple of built in quick clamps that can be placed onto tracks of the table top to be used as a low force vise, and includes 4 clamp dogs for holding tricky shaped items. As you can see in the picture below, the built in clamps make it easy to grip items so you can cut them easily with a circular saw.
When folded it can be used as your regular sawhorse but has two swing out table tops on each side to customize your table top. And it is constructed of nylon resin and aluminum so it won’t rust.
The Pegasus Worktable weighs 30 lbs. When set up as a sawhorse, it can support loads up to 1,000 lbs. The worktable stands at a comfortable working height of 32 in. Its maximum clamping width is 18- 1/4 in. When folded for storage, it measures 35-1/2 x 15-3/4 in x 6 in.
Other features of the worktable/sawhorse include tool slots on the tabletop to hold fasteners, screwdrivers, pliers, hammer or other needed tools, plus a folding tool tray at the base of the worktable stages frequently used tools and parts. For storage, the quick-clamps lock-in place beneath the table.
It reminds me a lot of the Keter folding compact workbench work table as it has built in quick clamps although Worx took a different approach with their work table and also made it a sawhorse.
The Worx Pegasus folding work table & sawhorse will retail for about $119.
