Milwaukee has announced a new battery powered vibratory screed solution for their MX Fuel cordless line with the Milwaukee MX FUEL Concrete Vibratory Screed MXF381-2CP.

The Milwaukee MX FUEL concrete vibratory screed does what a long piece of 2×4 does for screeding however it adds vibration to help with the leveling process and to make sure it’s flat and meets grade. Concrete vibratory screeds are usually powered by gas powered engines however Milwaukee’s solution is completely battery powered as part of their MX Fuel line with batteries that deliver the power and runtime needed to get the job done. This means easy push button starting and skipping the hassle of gas such as consumable fuel & oil, fumes, and small engine maintenance. In fact Milwaukee’s MX Fuel vibratory screed can operate for up to 2 hours per charge or up to 10,000 square feet with a CP203 battery pack running a 12 foot bar. The vibratory screed can run a variety of screed bars and Milwaukee makes available a variety of size screed bars for their unit ranging from 4 feet all the way to 16 feet bars. The bars clamp into place and you can run two vibratory screed machines on longer bars according to Milwaukee and they also say one screed machine has the power to pull a 16 foot bar.

Milwaukee says this will launch in early 2022 and is priced at $2499.99 and comes with 2x CP203 batteries and charger. Screed bars are sold separately.
