BITMAG – Bit Accessory Holder For Your Cordless Drill

Bitmag is the new Swedish invention for your cordless drill or impact driver. It’s basically an aluminum or plastic hex bit holder that attaches to the belt clip slot of your cordless tool.

Some many cordless brands like Ryobi, Dewalt and Milwaukee have built in bit holders included on some of their cordless drills and impact drivers however not all their cordless drills or impact drivers do and neither do all brands. The few that do have one bit holder and that’s it. That may be fine and dandy for most uses but not if you need to swap frequently between 2 or more bits and that’s where the Bitmag shines as it has all Bitmag’s have 5 slots for up to 5 hex bits, driver or drill bits. The Bitmag’s are magnetic so your bits will stay in place when stored on the clip. According to the Toolfreaks retail website, the magnets are said to be very strong and the Manufacturer says bits are easy to access even with gloves on.

The Bitmag is sold now and is priced at $14.99 for the plastic composite version and $26.99 for the aluminum version. Screws are included for most brands which include screws for the following brands Milwaukee, Festool, Dewalt, Bosch, Makita, Hitachi, RIDGID 18V/20V tools. The Bitmag’s also fit on M12 power tools but you’ll need to purchase the M12 screw kit for an additional 5 cents.
