Don’t let it’s title fool you, even though titled as a pocket driver, this little drill puts out 265 in-lbs torque. It has the same motor and drivetrain as Bosch’s 12V drill except this pocket driver features a 1/4″ hex chuck instead of a 3/8″ keyless chuck. The advantages of a 1/4″ hex chuck over a traditional drill chuck is that bits slip on and lock on easily and much quicker than with a regular drill chuck. You also don’t have to worry about bits slipping either, although the only downside is that you can’t use regular drilling twist bits with round shanks. Not really a problem as many drill bits are available with 1/4″ hex shanks.
