This is a brushless motor 2 tool combo kit. $133.50 gets you a lot of bang for your buck here with two brushless power tools and two 1.5ah batteries. Brushless motors are better than non-brushless tools as there are no brushes to wear out and replace, they run more efficiently for longer runtime and are usually more compact. Both tools are sub compacts which means they are very compact with the drill measuring 6.2 inches in length and the impact 5.3 inches in length which helps them fit into tighter spaces. The drill has solid torque for the price point at 485 in-lbs and the impact has 1,240 in-lbs which is on the low end for 18V but enough to get work done.
