Klein offers heavy duty nut drivers with not only hollow shafts but they also have magnetic tips that hold on tight.
These help out with driving nuts on threaded rod. The hollow shaft design allows the threaded rod to pass through the tool while giving you the ability to tighten or untighten nuts. Each driver has a rare earth magnet tip to hold on tight so the driver doesn’t fall if you let go. The shaft of the drivers appear to be hex shaped so that you can use a wrench to assist if needed.
There 6 different Klein Heavy Duty Nut Drivers in sizes 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 7/16″, 1/2″, and 9/16″ and are color coded at the end of the handle.
You can buy them individually to suit your needs and they are also offered as 4 piece and 6 piece sets.
