This new cordless 18V grease gun offers 10,000 PSI of max pressure and is said to have a max flow rate of 10 ounce per minute. It also offers two speed modes of a low speed but high pressure, and an auto speed mode. The auto speed mode is said to automatically switch the flow rate to match the higher pressure of the part being greased, and is done so based on resistance. According to Makita, this means better efficiency which allows you to get the job faster and move on to the next zerk fitting. You can select these two modes and also use the variable speed trigger to further control the speed of flow rate.

The grease guns hose is flexible and 47-1/4″ by itself but around 48 inches when you consider the coupler. It also has an air bleed valve which is said to help in faster pump priming and has on board LED lights to help out in low light situations. It comes equipped with a lock on button so you don’t get tired from holding the trigger for long periods and this model also has a safety feature to prevent accidental startups.
