This new project sets the stage for a major expansion and is actually northeast of Atlanta Georgia, Hall County to be specific. Work began to construct a 600,000 sq. ft. facility on a property 80 acres in size that Makita says will help them to increase their operations, service, training capabilities, and will also serve as a distribution center and factory service center. This means they can expand service and support for customers while at the same time creating more jobs in that part of the country. You can check out the full press release by clicking here.
