Milwaukee BOLT Eye Visors
The new BOLT eye visors are essentially oversized safety glasses that attach to all Milwaukee hard hats/safety helmets without the use of any tools and can be used in place of safety glasses and have a Z87.1+ rating. The oversized nature of these eye visors means they will fit a variety of face shapes and offer protection not just for the eyes but the forehead, side face, and upper cheek area below the eyes. The visors feature anti-scratch exterior coatings and a fog free interior coating according to Milwaukee. The eye visors also include a low profile headlamp mount. These will come in clear and tinted lens varieties.
Milwaukee BOLT Polycarbonate Face Shields
Milwaukee’s BOLT full face shields also attach onto all Milwaukee head protection without the use of tools and feature ANSI Z87.1+ rating, with anti-scratch exterior hard coating for extended lifetime, and fog free interior coating. The face shield can easily and quickly be replaced and removed with tool free snap in and snap out covers and include a BOLT low profile headlamp mount that makes it compatible with select headlamps. There’s also a face shield option for Milwaukee safety helmets with no brim. These will come in clear and gray lens varieties.
Milwaukee BOLT Metal Mesh Face Shield
The Milwaukee mesh full face shield is a face shield that instead of using a clear lens instead uses stainless steel wire mesh which offers full face protection from debris and chips without the chance of fogging up as a clear lens would. It is ANSI Z87.1 rated. It also attaches to Milwaukee head protection easily and without the need for tools and uses snap in and snap out covers for quick and easy shield replacements. There is a mesh face shield option to fit the variety of Milwaukee head protection.
Milwaukee BOLT REDLITHIUM USB Headlamp
The BOLT specific REDLITHIUM USB headlamp is compatible with all Milwaukee BOLT head protection accessories for head mounted lighting. This hard hat/safety helmet specific light is made of a very thin body that makes it possible to raise face shields while the headlamp is still attached. It offers up to 600 lumens of brightness and Milwaukee considers the quality of light as “TRUEVIEW high definition flood lighting” which is what they call smooth even lighting with a proper white balance to properly identify colors, such as when working with color coded wires for example. The light is actually part of a two piece system that offers the headlamp in front and a rear mounted battery pack for all day battery life with up to 32 hours of runtime and 4 brightness modes of high, medium, low, and eco. The battery can be charged in the headlamp with USB-C cables or be swapped out with another REDLITHIUM USB battery for no downtime. These lights are IP54 rated for water and dust resistance and can handle up to 2 meter drops.
