Milwaukee MX FUEL 27 lb SDS Max Demolition Hammer MXF365-1XC

Milwaukee is serious about concrete work and this shows with their MX FUEL lineup which already has a breaker hammer. Now they add to their lineup with this new 27 lb SDS Max demolition hammer for even more options for concrete demolition work.

This model uses SDS Max bits and weighs in at 27.6 lb (hence the name) and provides 26.1 Joules of impact energy (19.3 ft-lbs). This allows you to chip concrete, remove block and tile, and drive ground rods with confidence.

Because it’s a cordless power tool using their MX FUEL heavy duty batteries, this allows you easy push button starts with none of the hassle of gas and also no cords to trip over.

The powerful MX FUEL battery gives you up to 1.5 tons chipped per charge, equivalent to a 63‑foot long by 4‑inch deep trench, or 33 minutes of continuous trigger on time.

It features Milwaukee’s AVS (anti-vibration-system) to minimize vibrations which help reduce fatigue during extended usage. And it also has Milwaukee’s VACLINK wireless dust control to operate compatible VACLINK vacs wirelessly.

Two speed modes allow for precision and accuracy for the specific needs. It also has a chisel adjustment so you can adjust the bit to help whether you’re working on walls or floors.

It also features ONE‑KEY compatibility which gives you the ability to track and manage your tools for increased productivity and investment protection.

It will be available in July 2026 and priced at $2,199 as a kit with an MX FUEL XC8.0 battery and rapid charger and also priced at $1,499 as a baretool.
