These new Premium Segmented Rim Diamond Blades deliver fast, efficient cutting in concrete and other hard materials thanks to a tensioned blade core and a high-quality diamond formulation. The tensioned steel core is engineered with an innovative process that ensures each blade delivers smooth cuts with low vibration to reduce blade wobble.Each segment is laser welded to the steel core. This is a premium connection method that offers the blade high mechanical strength and rigidity, ensuring greater stability during the cut.
The new DB1241H 12 in. blades and DB1441H 14 in. blades are packed with innovative features like:
- Tensioned steel cores engineered to ensure each blade delivers smooth cuts with low vibration to reduce blade wobble
- 10mm segment height to provide up to 3X life versus standard diamond blades
- Segments laser-welded to the steel core offering high mechanical strength and rigidity
- Reduction rings from 1″ to 20mm, which allows the blade to be used on application-specific concrete-cutting saws
- Drive pins for use on a walk-behind saw
