Dewalt is adding 6 new hammers part of the Dewalt XP Hammers line. Features include better swing with vibration dampening tech built into the handle so the users get less sting, easy grip handles and side nail pullers. In addition to the 16oz. and 20oz. General Purpose Hammers and the 22oz. Framing Hammer, the XP line also includes the 18oz. Wood Framing Hammer (DWHT51383) that feature carbon fiber composite overstrike protection which they claim is for 25% added durability to help prevent handle breakage. The current 12oz. and 14oz. MIG Weld Hammers will also be updated with the new XP grip technology, coming soon.
On top of that, Dewalt will also be adding another 8 new hand tools including claw, framing, and specialty hammers and a hatchet. These hammers focus on optimized balance, durability and functionality. All Dewalt hammers come with a standard limited lifetime warranty.
