Milwaukee has offered a variety of motorized battery powered ratchets with their popular M12 models. They’ve offered variations of their Fuel ratchets with standard models, extended reach models and even high speed ratchets. Wouldn’t it be nice if they combined an extended reach ratchet with a high speed ratchet? Wait no more as Milwaukee has done just that with two new M12 Fuel extended reach high speed ratchet(s) in a 3/8″ (2569-21) and 1/4″ model (2568-20).

Features:
They feature a total tool length at 14.4″ for the 1/4″ model and 15.2″ for the 3/8″ model. These extended reach handles will help users reach deeper into tight spots. And the high speed nature will help you fasten quicker.
Both models reach high speeds up to 450 no load RPM’s and yet have some oomph with 35 ft-lbs of torque for both models. Sure the torque isn’t quite as high as the non high speed ratchets which can go as high as 55 ft-lbs of torque however there is a slight torque penalty for the higher revolutions per but fortunately there is no penalty over the standard high speed M12 Fuel ratchets for giving them extended reach handles. Milwaukee does say that these ratchets deliver the same torque as traditional pneumatic ratchets. And just like their other ratchets, Milwaukee also gives you the option to protect the heads of these ratchets with optional boots. (Installed boot image is shown below on the 1/4″ model.)
What’s also interesting about these are the new slimmer heads. They are noticeably thinner than the previous extended reach models. Great job Milwaukee!
These new M12 Fuel extended reach high speed ratchets will launch November 2022. And will be priced $349 as a kit and $249 as a baretool and $29 for the protective boot.
