Ryobi just announced a new garage door opener system with modular add-on components, and the heart of the system starts with the garage door opener named the “Ultra-Quiet Garage Door Opener”. The garage door opener comes with a 2HP motor with a built in motion controlled LED. It runs off your garage’s AC power and can also utilize a Ryobi 18V 4.0ah battery for backup power when the power goes out at your home, so you can still open and close your garage even when the power is down at your place. It’s also a smart garage door opener as you can control the garage door opener with your smartphone using the Ryobi Garage Door Opener App and can also be connected with HomeLink via Wifi. Any homeowner that is looking to have an extra level of protection for their car should definitely look into this. It will let you have a more secure garage door which could actually save you money in the long run. If you have a more secure door then there’s less of a chance of burglars stealing or damaging your property.
