Ridgid 18V Brushless Blower – Features
While Ridgid has had 18V blowers in the past, this is their first model specifically for yard use. That’s because it’s the first model to have the performance to do so. Thanks to the brushless motor, it puts out 510 CFM at 130 MPH! That makes it very strong for 18V and definitely in the higher end of the segment without going higher voltage. And more power than sister brand Milwaukee’s M18 Fuel Gen 1 & 2 blowers! At least on paper.
Other features include a turbo button for max power. Equipped with a variable speed trigger and cruise control. Ridgid says it’s 84% quieter than gas blowers. The blower tip is equipped with a metal scraper to help left stubborn objects. Ridgid states you can get max performance with their Max Output batteries.
It will be available as a baretool or a kit with 6.0ah Max Output battery and charger.
