Ryobi P591 18V 18 Gauge Offset Shear Spotted

Tired of new tool news from Ryobi? Well too bad because here’s news of a new Ryobi 18V tool. Anthony Lynch and David Greer have both spotted the Ryobi P591 18V 18 gauge offset shear cordless tool.

Anthony Lynch spotted it over on the Ryobi USA Facebook page under one of the follower comments.

David Greer went a little further and found the same product listed on the Ryobi Canada website from which we can get the full name, model number and specs along with better pics.

It will feature a rotating head for cutting in different angles, the shears are offset, has replaceable blades, variable speed trigger, is said to have the runtime to cut up to 1000 ft of 29 gauge sheet metal with the P108 battery.

A tool such as this is very useful for cutting sheet metal and also serves well for cutting roof shingles. I’ve done a small roof project before and having to manually cut roof shingles is no fun. Keep the new tools coming Ryobi.
