Milwaukee Bolt Rechargeable Low Profile Headlamp 2018R

The Milwaukee Bolt rechargeable low profile headlamp 2018R is part of Milwaukee’s Bolt line of hard hat accessories. Just as the name suggests, it’s rechargeable and is low profile.

The low profile not only keeps it light and compact but it also allows the use of flip out face shields and visors without getting in the way of opening and closing.

It also provides plenty of lumens to see in the dark with up to 600 lumens. It offers several brightness settings and three modes: Flood, Spot, and Hybrid. Runtime is up to 16 hours, no doubt in the lowest brightness setting. Then there’s also a rear red light safety indicators that are visible up to a 1/4 mile. The main headlamp provides TRUEVIEW high definition output for a clear, even, light output with a balanced whitebalance so as to not distort colors.

The built in battery is rechargeable via USB-C for convenient recharging.

The light connects securely onto Milwaukee hard hats and safety helmets with the Bolt accessory system. the headlamp is IP54 rated for water and dust resistance and can handle up to 6 foot drops for added durability.

It will be available May 2026 for $99.
