Ryobi is no stranger to cordless nailers, as they’ve had some for close to a decade now, maybe even more. With their earlier models sporting brushed motors, their lineup has seen a revamp with brushless models. Now it’s the 15 gauge models turn to get a brushless upgrade as that is this new model’s standout feature. It’s also 25% more compact and 20% lighter than the previous brushed motor P330 model.

While the previous P330 had to ramp up before each shot, which I still thought was plenty fast, this new brushless model share’s TTI’s instant fire tech seen on their other brand’s nailers for instant firing with no ramp up delay.

15 gauge nails are larger than 18 and 16 gauge nails and offer more holding power to secure. This model is also an angled nailer with an angled magazine which helps with… you guessed it, firing at angles.

Thanks to its powerful brushless motor, this new nailer can get up to 1,500 nails per charge with a 4ah high performance battery for long battery runtime.

Of course you can toggle between the usual single fire and bump fire modes.

Both the depth of drive and jam release latch are tool-free to operate. An LED light helps with low light situations. And the Accudrive nose tip is said to provide superior visibility for better accuracy and drive quality. It also includes a belt clip for easy carry.
