Ryobi introduces two new USB Lithium tools with the heated cushion and compact speaker. Let’s check them out below.

Ryobi USB Lithium Heated Cushion FVT51K
First off is the Ryobi USB Lithium heated cushion for cold weather outings.
This padded cushion offers heat for your bum and will provide heat similar to your vehicles heated seats but for your underside only.
It uses heating elements built into the unit to provide up heat from 110º F to 150º F with three heat settings. What’s the side pouch you ask?
It’s to house the provided power source that runs on Ryobi USB Lithium batteries. It can house up to two batteries however only one is needed to operate. When paired with two 2ah batteries, it allows up to 5 hours of runtime on low, 3.5 hours on medium, and 2 hours on high heat. The power source also has a USB-C port which allows for easy charging but also to supply power to other devices. This means you can use it to charge your phone and tablet on the go.
It will be available October 2024 and will be priced at $89 as a kit with 2 USB Lithium 2ah batteries and USB charge cable.

Ryobi USB Lithium Verse Compact Speaker FVA51K
Next on the list is the Ryobi USB Lithium Verse compact speaker. This little guy also runs on Ryobi’s USB Lithium batteries for cord free power. Ryobi says this little guy offers a powerful speaker and tweeter for “premium studio quality sound” on the go. It also has a runtime of up to 6 hours with the included 2ah battery.
Being part of the Verse family of Ryobi speaker products, it can also connect to other Ryobi Verse products like the 18V Verse clamp speaker, and 18V Verse LINK stereo. It’s a bluetooth speaker to play your tunes on the go wirelessly. It has a wireless range of up to 250′ and up to 125′ with another Verse speaker.
Its unique cylinder-like shape and size allow it to fit where cups and bottles can like onto the mesh on a backpack intended for water bottles or vehicle cup holders.
The speaker also has an onboard USB-C port so you can charge a connected USB Lithium battery.
