Klein Tools Lightweight Cooling Fan for Hard Hats 60523
This hard hat accessory provides dual fans to keep you cool. It connects to your Klein hard hat and provides two fans to blow air at the back of your head or neck. The backside of the fans have vent fins that you can adjust to point where you want the air to be directed.
One thing to keep in mind is that this isn’t Klein’s first attempt at a hard hat fan cooling solution. They also have another hard hat cooling fan that blows air inside the hard hat to circulate air within the suspended space. I think this is an interesting solution as well. This hard hat accessory is a three piece design with two fans on each side and the rear power supply and a cable that connects all three. Clips are included for cable management.
Klein says you can get up to 8 hours of runtime on high speed or up to 16 hours on low speed. Each fan can be controlled independently and have a hinge design to flip up when not in use.
