Do you know when the 18v version will be released? Also, I don’t have either system, for a beginner (lawn tools), do you recommend to invest in the 40v or 18? Thanks 🙂

    • Javier says:

As mentioned in the article, they will be released Spring 2020.
Either Ryobi 18V or 40V have complete OPE lines however if you plan on getting a mower of 18″ capacity or larger, go for the 40V system. Also the 40V system in general has increased performance over the 18V tools.

Wonderful! Ryobi skipped introducing the 18v brushless blower that’s been sold in Australia for a while. I’ve been waiting for one here in US/Can.
