Milwaukee M18 Fuel Telescoping Pole Saw 3013-21

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Telescoping Pole Saw

While this isn’t Milwaukee’s first attempt at a cordless M18 pole saw, this is their first standalone unit. Their previous pole saw was a QUIK-LOK attachment head. This new standalone unit is one entire tool with motor and all. This brings the convenience of not ever having to attach and remove the head from the base.

This isn’t just the same tool as their attachment head, this model does bring a new feature. It features a telescoping pole that goes from 9 feet to 13 feet for added reach. It has a 10 inch bar and chain and thanks to its powerful brushless motor it has the power to cut hardwood branches. Milwaukee says it delivers 2.35 HP of peak power to maintain speed under heavy loads and is faster than a 36cc gas saw.

Because it’s a cordless battery saw, you don’t have to deal with the hassles of gas saws. Hassles such as fumes, consumables like gas and oil, mixing, pull starts, small engine maintenance, high noise, etc. Even just the fumes of a gas engine can pose an issue in close quarters cutting.

It is expected to launch November 2023 for $599 as a baretool and $799 kit.

Milwaukee M12 Auto Technician Borescope 3150-20

This inspection cam is designed for automotive applications. Think of an endoscopy you can perform on a vehicles engine.

Unlike traditional inspection cams, this has a very tiny camera head that’s barely wider than the camera cable. This allows you to fit into smaller spaces like fuel injector ports.

The camera offers high definition and side cameras and viewable on a 4.3 inch 270 degree rotating display. It has 4 level digital zoom and front lights so you can view into openings with ease.

Other features include temperature sensing “Heat Sense” that notifies the user if the engine is too hot for the camera to operate and automatically shuts down to protect your inspection cam from damage. Of course you’ll need to remove to reduce the chance of damage of course. This inspection cam can take and save images and video on the included 32gb SD card.

It is expected to launch October 2023 for $429 as a baretool.
