Ryobi 18V AIRSTRIKE 23 GA Pin Nailer PCL310K – Features

Ryobi 18V AIRSTRIKE 23 GA Pin Nailer PCL310K

A 23 gauge pin nailer uses very fine head-less pin nails. Thanks to their small size, they are harder to spot which makes them ideal for use in applications on sides where the product will often be seen but does not require much holding power.

Ryobi already had an 18V Airstrike 23 GA pin nailer model with the P318 which we learned about back in 2017 and the PCL310 is the newest iteration of this model.

There isn’t much different in terms of design and features between this new model and the previous. Both models can drive 1/2″ to 1-3/8″ 23-GA pin nails with a 130 magazine capacity.

Both models have a low nail indicator. As well as dryfire lockout, non-marring pad tip and side bumpers on tool, and LED lights to help in low light.

This new model does have an edge over the previous model as Ryobi says that it is their smallest pin nailer to date and is 10% lighter and more compact than their previous model.

Ryobi says that you can get up to 4,000 nails per charge with a 6ah battery and up to 1,000 nails with a 2ah battery. No mention of bump firing on this model.
